Manic Monday Recipe~ Cool Whip, Apple, and Snicker Salad

Love this recipe, it is a recipe that my mother-in-law got from her great friend Lisa, that we've been eating for years.  We just made it this weekend for dessert, but it can be used as a side dish.  Hope your family loves it!

Ingredients:
2 16 oz Fat Free Cool Whip
3 Snickers
1 Sugar Free Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 C. Milk
4 Pealed and Chopped Apples (Gala, Granny Smith, or Braeburn)

First add your cool whip to your bowl.  Then, in another bowl, mix your milk and instant pudding.  Make sure it has all dissolved.  Then fold the mixture into your cool whip.  Next, add your apples and continue folding so that all apples are coated in mixture.

Then, cut your snickers down the center long way and chop into small chunks and mix in with apple mixture.  Chill before serving.

Enjoy, and check out all of my other Manic Monday Recipes here, and follow me on Twitter and Facebook!
