I'm not in love with cottage cheese, but this is really tasty. My husband and I are on weight watchers, and both watching our "points," so my mom shared this recipe with me that she got from her trainer. It's super easy to make and a great low calorie snack for the whole family.
Ingredients:
16 oz. carton of fat free cottage cheese
1 small package of raspberry/strawberry sugar free Jello
1 16 oz. fat free cool whip
Fresh fruit (optional)
Directions:
SOOOO EASY! Just mix the ingredients together and there you have it!
If you want to, you can add fresh fruit to the mixture, this would be great in a trifle bowl
in layers for a spring/summer dessert or salad.Enjoy!
