3-4 lbs of your favorite pork roast (depending on the amount of people you are feeding)
1 large bag of baby carrots
6-10 medium potatoes chopped into fours
64 oz. of beef broth
1 Lipton French Onion Soup Mix (powder)
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 stick of butter
In a large roast pan, pour all of the beef broth. Then mix the onion soup mix into the broth. Place your roast in the pan. Then place vegetables around the roast. Place small cubes of butter around the roast and vegetables. Then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Finally, cover the pan with tin foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 3-4 hours.
This is a great dish for dinner and leftovers! Nick loves to put thick bread down on the plate and then dish the roast on top of the bread.
