Glitter Wreath

This weekend I began creating a really cool DIY wreath that I found on Homemade By Jill 's website.  She has directions for making the craft with pictures.  A great tutorial.  I used Loctite for the spray adhesive and it worked great.  I decided to use a brown colored card stock.  The card stock holds up best fora project like this.  I used a 10 inch foam wreath.  I am so excited with how it turned out.  I think that it would be a great gift to give someone.  I am planning on making one using blues/silvers or reds for the holidays.  It is such an easy decoration to make for any season.  It would be fun to use pastel colors for a spring theme!  Here's a few photos of how mine turned out.

Here's how I tied my bow...
Step 1.  Find the center of your ribbon and make a crease by folding it.
Step 2. Fold two "rabbit ears" keeping the crease as your center.

Step 3.  Make a knot by tying the ears together.
Step 4. Work the bow so that it looks even on both sides.
I hope this has sparked an idea for you!

Thanks for the idea Jill!
