Manic Monday Recipe~Chicken Slush (Sandwich or Gravy)

This is a recipe that my family has made for a long time.  It is great for big parties or if you need a quick dinner.  I decided to make this the other night because I had the few ingredients that I needed on hand.  We love to use it on fresh bakery buns as a sandwich or as gravy on mashed potatoes.  Hope you enjoy this recipe!

Make sure to come back on Wednesday for my Share the Wealth Link Party, it's open until Sunday each week!

3 Cans Cooked Chicken Chunk

1 Onion Chopped
1 Can Cream of Celery
2 Cans Cream of Chicken
1 - 16 oz. Can of Chicken Broth
3 Stalks of Celery Chopped

Start by adding the chicken broth, cream of  chicken and celery into your slow cooker.  Mix well.
Break apart the chicken chunk, add to the slow cooker, and mix well.
Next, add the chopped celery and onion.  Stir and cook on medium for at least an hour.
